YUCCA VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETS, 107-HOME SUBDIVISION ON THE AGENDA

At its meeting tonight, the Yucca Valley Town Council will be asked to approve permits for grading and improvements for a new subdivision of 107 houses on the northeast corner of Golden Bee and Sage Avenue. Also on the consent agenda, the council will be asked to authorize the submission of trail projects that are eligible for grants. The council will be asked to amend its lease with Unity Home. Council members will then hear a report on the town’s volunteer program, and be given an update on the citizen’s initiative for a half-percent sales tax increase. The meeting starts at 6:00 in the Yucca Room of the Yucca Valley Community Center.
