A Yucca Valley man was arrested Friday afternoon following a probation compliance check at his residence. According to a Sheriff’s report, deputies went to a home in the 58500 block of Paxton Road about 11:45 to perform a probation compliance check on Michael DeShazo, 54. While there, deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Michael DeShazo was arrested for investigation of possession of dangerous drugs and violating his probation, booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, and is being held without bail.
