A Yucca Valley man was arrested late Tuesday night after his girlfriend said he threatened to kill her. According to a Sheriff’s report, dispatchers could hear a woman on an open phone line about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday night asking someone if he was going to shoot her. Later the woman said she heard a man telling someone to kill her. After an investigation, Ruben Gutierrez, 36, was arrested on suspicion of making terrorist threats. Ruben Gutierrez was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000.
