Have you ever wanted to learn how to cook or how to run a restaurant? Well, look no further. Yucca Valley High School offers a restaurant class taught by Chef Kelly Brown that will teach you the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. The class will teach you communication and teamwork skills and show you how to work as a team. If you wish to take the class it is a full year class and you must take Restaurant 1 to take Restaurant 2. If you are interested in taking the class please see your counselor to see if the class fits your schedule.
