The spring musical at Yucca Valley High is “Legally Blonde, the Musical” and will be performed in the school’s lecture hall. The production opens, Tuesday, May 26, with additional performances May 28, 29, and 30, all at 6 p.m.; with a matinee at 1 p.m. May 30. This fabulously fun international award-winning musical is based on the adored movie “Legally Blonde.” The musical follows Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in the pursuit of her dreams at Harvard Law. The play is directed by Scott Phillips, with musical direction by Teresa McClintock, and choreography by Madison Curtiss. Tickets for “Legally Blonde, the Musical” are available at the door of the Yucca High lecture hall and are $5 for adults, $4 for students, and free for children under 12.
