The Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 19th Annual Winter Light Parade Tuesday, December 3, beginning at 5:15 p.m. The parade will head down Adobe Road. The Chamber says if you can push it, pull it, ride it, tow it, or drive it, throw some lights on it and be a part of this festive Twentynine Palms community event. For more information on how you can participate, call the Twentynine Palms Chamber today at 760-367-3445 or visit their website at 29chamber.org.

The Yucca Valley Noon Rotary Club will continue tradition with the annual holiday festival starting with the location. The date is Saturday, December 21, 2013 with a parade start up time at 5:30 p.m. The event will culminate with floats on display, refreshments, snacks, and Santa to greet children. Entry forms can be picked up at the Yucca Valley Chamber office, Realty Professionals in Old Town or by calling 760-365-1988. Entry fees are $25 per entry and proceeds will benefit the Yucca Valley Rotary Foundation. For information call 760-365-1988.
