UNITY HOME TO OFFER STATE MANDATED TRANING CLASSES

Morongo Basin Unity Home is a non-profit organization that helps victims of domestic violence and their families move towards living more independent and self-sufficient lives, free of violence. Unity Home will be offering its 40 hour California state-mandated training class for free beginning August 14, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Classes will be every Tuesday and Thursday for 5 weeks. You can contact Unity Home’s Outreach Office at 760-366-1247 to sign up for the 40-hour California state-mandated training. In addition, Unity Home’s Thrift Store is now open seven days a week. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Unity Home accepts donations during business hours.
