UKELELE GROUP FORMED AT TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL

Students at Twentynine Palms High School are having fun with their ukuleles and the school’s recording studio, ROP Broadcast Student Nathaniel Thomas explains…
A group of students at Twentynine Palms High School have been using the school’s state-of-the-art recording studio to record their personal music. On ukulele, we have Violeti Tuli, myself, and Premo Sitagata. Singing, we have Violeti Tuli, Eneliko Tuli, and Ziggy Tua. Rapping, we have Xavier Johnson, Brenden Nguyen, Eneliko Tuli, and Colby Thomas. Making the beats, we have Ziggy Tua. And finally we have Colby Thomas on lead guitar. Twentynine Palms High School photographer Melissa Martinez says, “They’re the best I’ve seen here yet. They could actually be on their way to the top.”
