The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will have two public hearings at its April 7 meeting. The first is about a development code amendment on single room occupancy facilities standards and requirements. The second concerns a request from Faith in the Word Christian Center to declare the building at 5792 Adobe a “structure of merit.” Also scheduled is a time extension request for a conditional use permit to add an office and walled walkway to the Harmony Motel. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in City Hall on Adobe Road.
