The Twentynine Palms Planning Commission will discuss how and when a chair and vice-chair should be selected from among its members. That will be followed by the 37th study session on the review and revision of the City’s Development Code. The principal topic for this study session will be Code section on Animal Control. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. on April 1 at City Hall on Adobe Road.
