A Twentynine Palms man with a lengthy criminal record was arrested again Wednesday morning. According to a Sheriff’s report, Danny Rios, 32, was in the area of Two Mile Road and Bagley Avenue in Twentynine Palms about 9 a.m. Wednesday. When he saw a deputy patrolling, Rios hopped a fence and tried to flee on foot. Deputies caught him at Two Mile Road and Smoketree. Danny Rios was arrested for investigation of failure to register as a sex offender and for a parole violation. He was booked into the Morongo Basin Jail with his bail set at $50,000. Rios has been convicted of multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance, burglary, annoying or molesting a child, and for parole violations.
