TWENTYNINE PALMS HIGH SCHOOL ROBOTICS CLUB IS GROWING

If you’re looking for a fascinating after school activity, how does building robots sound? ROP Broadcast student Frankie Newton tells Twentynine Palms High School students how to sign up…
The Twentynine Palms High School Robotics Club has been growing in its popularity recently. With plenty of new freshmen coming into the High School, Robotics Club sign-ups are much more abundant. The supervisor, Mr. Collins, provides the students with VEX robotics kits, which contain the basic parts to create a robot. They would then have the freedom to build robots of their choosing using the VEX parts. Members would come in to room 116 during lunchtime, and as an after-school activity on Wednesdays. The club is looking for more members, and is open to any and all students. Reporting for Z107.7 news, this is ROP Broadcasting student Frankie Newton.
