The famed Twentynine Palms High School Choir will perform this Thursday. ROP Broadcast student Breanna Panzarella has details…
The same choir that was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City will be performing in a concert for the community. The Twentynine Palms High School Select Choir will be featured along with the Concert Choir and the Symphonic Band at Twentynine Palms High School’s fall concert. It will be held on October 16, at 7 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms High School Gymnasium. There will be a $5 admission fee to get in. The 25 students, along with their music director Michael Mayes, are also fundraising money to contend in a competition in Anaheim in March. The choir practices five hours a week plus some additional practices when necessary. The group is working hard and hopes to see you soon at upcoming events.
