THEATRE 29 TO HOLD AUDITIONS FOR EDGY NEW BROADWAY MUSICAL

Theater 29 announces open auditions for the edgy new Broadway hit, “Urine Town the Musical.” Yes that’s really the name of this hilarious satire of the legal system, populism, municipal politics, social irresponsibility, and musical theatre itself. The multi-award winning show is a triple Tony Winner and is set in a Gotham like city where a terrible water shortage has led to a government-enforced ban on toilets. A colorful cast of characters is needed and our entertainment reporter Rebecca Havely has all the specifics…
Theater 29 director Gary Daigneault and Musical Director Ed Will seek several performers for the cast of “Urine Town the Musical,” including 10 men and six women from ages 20 to 65 at open auditions on Monday, January 12, at 7 p.m. at Theater 29, at 73637 Sullivan Rd. in Twentynine Palms.
