THEATRE 29 SETS “HAUNT” AUDITIONS

Theatre 29 will hold auditions soon for the 10th anniversary of the highly successful annual “Halloween Haunt” event. This year’s scary offering will be entitled “Nightmares.” “Nightmares” will come to “life” beginning Friday October 18, ending Halloween night. Auditions will be held Tuesday, September 3, beginning promptly at 6 p.m. on the Theatre 29 main stage in Twentynine Palms. The production team will be seeking at least 20 performers and behind the scenes technicians, ages 16 and older only. The Halloween Haunt production is very physical, therefore auditions are as well. Be prepared and dressed to move (no skirts, low waist pants, shorts, or open toed shoes, please). You may need to perform a cold reading, and improv if required. The Theatre 29 building will again be transformed and adventurous souls will be self guided, as they explore the depths of a disturbed girl’s dream world, which turn into the nightmares that we are all afraid of! Performances of this seasonal scare fest will begin at 7 p.m. and end at 10 p.m. October 18, 19, 24, 25, 26. 30 and 31. Theatre 29 is located at 73637 Sullivan Road.
