The Morongo Basin Tennis Association is sponsoring a six-week class for beginning and intermediate tennis players. The National Junior Tennis and Learning class is for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 17. The classes start June 23 and go through July 30, from 8 to 10 Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The classes are held on the lower tennis courts at Jacobs Park in Yucca Valley. The fee for the entire program is only $10 per player and includes 24 hours of instruction, a free T-shirt, and a tennis racquet, if needed.
