FBI INVESTIGATE POSSIBLE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY SHERIFF JAIL MISCONDUCT

The FBI is investigating allegations of mistreatment of inmates at the West Valley Detention Center by members of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
