TWENTYNINE PALMS WATER BOARD PROPOSES 15% WATER RATE INCREASE

The Twentynine Palms Water District met last night and proposed a 15 percent increase in water rates over the next five years for their customers. The board said the raise is necessary due to costs of chromium-6 and the current and future maintenance for the Water District and inflation increases.
