The students of Copper Mountain College will be featured this month in a new exhibition at the Glass Outhouse Gallery, east of Twentynine Palms. An opening reception will be held today, and the gallery will be open tomorrow during the last day of the Morongo Basin’s 13th annual Highway 62 Open Studio Art Tours. What do the Glass Outhouse Art Gallery and Copper Mountain College have in common? A dazzling, eclectic student art show! See this exciting display of CMC’s emerging talent that includes drawings, paintings, prints, digital photos, and sculptures, with all works available for purchase. Enjoy the CMC student artists’ reception during the second weekend of the art tours, Saturday, November 1 from 1 to 5 p.m. Refreshments will be provided, along with live musical performances. You can stop by to view the student art works from November 1 through November 30.
