SOME STATE WATER COMING TO YUCCA VALLEY, CONSERVATION URGED

Speakers from the Mojave Water Agency and four local water districts will give a presentation about the current drought situation and what their districts can give to customers, as a breakfast meeting sponsored by the Basin Wide Foundation. The breakfast meeting will be 7 a.m. Thursday, May 1, at the Helen Gray Center at the Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree. The cost is $9.
