SCHOOL DISTRICT SEEKING OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The Morongo Unified School District’s Citizens Oversight Committee (COC) for Measure O bond administration is seeking new members for four vacant positions. Two of the vacancies are for MUSD parents, one is a member-at-large position, and the last is for someone who is active in a bona fide taxpayers’ organization. A member may not be an employee, contractor, nor have business dealings with or for the school district. The committee meets six times a year, usually the fourth Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at the District’s Business Services office. Applications are available through the Business Services office or on the website www.morongousd.com on the Bond Measure O page. Applicants must complete and return the form to the Business office.
