A project to rehabilitate the pavement on Highway 62 in Yucca Valley to Twentynine Palms from Yucca Mesa Road to Bermuda Avenue will continue this week with lane closures. The project will grind the existing roadway and replace with new asphalt. This week, the lane closures are east- and westbound from Saddleback Road to Mile Square Road, and will take place from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Tuesday, July 9, to Friday, July 12. The project is expected to be completed late August 2013.
