The meeting starts at 6:30 pm at the Joshua Tree Community Center, at 6171 Sunburst. The list of issues to be ordered and added to include both Basin-wide and more localized concerns. In the first category are the Desert Renewable Energy Conservation Plan, large scale housing developments, code enforcement issues, road maintenance, health department fees, zoning and development noticing procedures, and an emergency blue light system.
