MISSING JOSHUA TREE MAN FOUND

A man who’s been missing since a November 23 fire at his residence in Joshua Tree is believed to have been found dead in his burned out home. According to a Sheriff’s report, workers cleaning up the fire debris at the home of David Frowery in the 63000 block of Sunny Sands called the Sheriff’s Department yesterday at 10:54 a.m. to report they may have found the man’s head, and after an investigation, the rest of his remains were found in the burned out rubble. On Sunday, November 23, about 8 p.m., neighbors reported hearing several explosions coming from a home on fire at 63025 Sunny Sands Drive. Some neighbors told fire fighters they saw a white pick up truck leave the home about 30 minutes before the fire. Neither Frowery’s sister nor his girlfriend had been able to reach Frowery since the fire and filed a missing persons report.
