Desert Hills Presbyterian Church in Yucca Valley will offer a free introductory class on mindfulness meditation on Saturday, October 10, at 3 p.m. The class will be led by Janice Pask, who has been practicing mindfulness meditation for over 30 years. The church is located at 56750 Mountain View Trail in Yucca Valley.
