Desert Hills Presbyterian Church in Yucca Valley will offer a free introductory class on mindfulness meditation on Saturday, June 6 at 11:00 a.m. In addition, a four-class introductory series will be offered beginning Monday, June 8, at 9:30 a.m. The classes will be led by Janice Pask, who also offers continuing classes through June at the church Sundays at 2 p.m. and Tuesdays at 1:30.
