MAN ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING RESTRAINING ORDER IN JOSHUA TREE

A China Hills man was arrested Thursday afternoon in Joshua Tree, accused of violating a restraining order against him. According to a Sheriff’s report, Felix Jackson, 38, went to the home of his former girlfriend in the 6200 block of Valley View Street about 12:30 p.m. and parked his vehicle in her driveway. The woman had filed a criminal protective order against Jackson on December 2, and he was required to stay at least 100 yards away from the woman. After an investigation, Felix Jackson was arrested for investigation of violating a restraining order, and for violating his probation terms. Felix Jackson was booked at West Valley Detention Center with his bail set at $25,000.
