The Joshua Tree Preschool Literacy Lounge has extended its hours and is now open on Saturdays, from 9 am to 1 pm. Families with children age 5 and younger can get a jump on their kids’ literacy through family projects, story time, and use of technology. Through the program, children can earn books, water bottles, and either a backpack full of school supplies, or an art case filled with craft supplies.
