Authorities Monday identified a Joshua Tree man who died after being pulled off a small commercial fishing boat at the breakwater near the Los Angeles Harbor Lighthouse. Firefighters dispatched at 1:21 p.m. last Tuesday found the unconscious man on the boat, near the San Pedro harbor entrance. Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said fire personnel performed CPR on Marc Rosati, 66, of Joshua Tree, and rushed him to an area hospital. Marc Rosati was later pronounced dead. Port police said they received a distress call from the boat.
