A Joshua Tree man was arrested Sunday morning, accused of vandalizing a car door. According to a Sheriff’s report, Richard Martin, 30, became angry with his brother’s girlfriend about 4 a.m. when she was dropping him off at his parents’ residence in the 62000 block of Mountain View Circle in Joshua Tree. Martin is said to have opened up her driver’s door “like the Hulk,” causing about $2500 in damage to the car. After an investigation, Richard Martin was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism, booked at the West Valley Detention Center, with his bail set at $25,000.
