JOSHUA TREE LIBRARY BOOK SALE STARTS TOMORROW

The Friends of the Joshua Tree Library will hold their spring book sale from Saturday, May 4, to Wednesday, May 8, during regular library hours. The library hours are Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 2, from 3 to 6 p.m. is a Friends Members Only Presale. Memberships are available at the door at a cost of $10 for individuals. Members may select a free book priced up to $5. On Saturday May 4, the Silent Auction, which began April 6, ends at 1 p.m. The auction includes 18 out of print, rare or unusual items. Wednesday, May 9, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. is Two Bucks a Bag day. The library will continue to accept donations of gently used books through May 2.
