The annual Hwy 62 Open Studio Art Tours starts this weekend. The west end communities of Morongo Valley, Pioneertown, Landers, Yucca Valley, Yucca Mesa, and Joshua Tree are this weekend, October 17 and 18. Next weekend, October 24 and 25, includes the communities of Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, and Wonder Valley. Most artists open their studios for both weekends, however.
