It looks to be a fairly routine meeting for the Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors tonight. Among the items on the agenda, the board will be asked to hire a firm to perform an organizational assessment and develop an updated strategic plan; review the district’s policy for electing board officers; and hear an update on the waste water project. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in board offices at Inca Trail and the highway in Yucca Valley.
