HI-DESERT WATER DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING TONIGHT ON SEWER PHASE BOUNDARIES

The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 6:00 tonight to discuss changing the boundaries of Phase I of the future sewer project. It is proposed that the Country Club area on the west end of Yucca Valley be removed from Phase I and added to Phase II, due to a cost-benefit analysis of connecting to sewer lines in that area. Also on the agenda is a public hearing to establish water stand-by assessments. The meeting will be held in District offices at Inca Trail and the Highway in Yucca Valley.
