HI-DESERT WATER ASSESSMENT BALLOTS TO BE COUNTED TOMORROW

All ballots for the proposed formation of the Hi-Desert Water District’s assessment district must be turned in before tomorrow morning’s 9 a.m. public hearing by the water district. The water district board of directors will begin the meeting with a vote to approve the purchase of 10 pieces of equipment. The directors will then hold the public hearing on the assessment district, after which the ballots will be counted. The meeting will be held in the water district’s office at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
