The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors meets in regular session at 6:00 tonight in the Helen Gray Education Center. At the top of tonight’s action agenda is the review and expected approval of the fiscal year 2013 capital budget. Also tonight, the board will consider the appointment of two persons to the Community Health Center Board. Following that, the board will look at a formal process for communication between related District boards. Those actions and others are in addition to regular reports and the likely approval of items on the consent agenda.
