This is the second weekend of the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council annual art tours. From one end of the Morongo Basin to the other, artists are welcoming visitors to their studios. Visitors can meet the artists, ask questions, see art in progress, and purchase art directly from the artists. All types of art can be seen on the tours, from painting, photography, ceramics, basketry, gourd art, assemblage, fabric art, jewelry, and more. Studios are open 9 to 5 both Saturday and Sunday. Catalogs are available at local art galleries and chambers of commerce, and online at hwy62arttours.org.
