The Registrar of Voters has released the final election results Monday for the mail-in ballot for Measure Y, which approves a 30-year-lease agreement between Hi Desert Medical Center and Tenet Healthcare. With an additional 307 ballots counted, and a total of 26.86 percent of the eligible voters voting, Measure Y passed 90.59 percent to 9.41 percent.
