“EAT WELL, PLAY WELL” AT THE HI-DESERT NATURE MUSEUM

Nutrition and fitness will be explored in the Hi-Desert Nature Museum’s newest exhibit, “Eat Well, Play Well.” The hands-on exhibit encourages healthy living by teaching the science of making healthy food choices, showing what an appropriate serving size looks like, see first hand what it takes to burn off calories, and more. Text for the exhibit will be in both English and Spanish. The show opens Thursday, June 4. The museum is open 10 to 5 Thursday through Saturday, and admission is free.
