CHOCOLATE SUNDAY AT UNITED METHODIST CHURCH

Tomorrow Sunday, January 25, the United Methodist Church of Twentynine Palms will host its third annual Chocolate Sunday. From 2 to 4 p.m., you’re invited to the church on Mesquite Springs Road to share in “heavenly indulgencies”—a variety of foods made from chocolate. In addition to eating, you can join in the fellowship of other chocolate lovers and participate in games featuring chocolate. Attendees are asked to make a monetary donation of your choosing and food product(s) to be put in the church food pantry. As we indulge, we also keep in mind our neighbors who are in need. All proceeds will go towards food for the church’s pantry.
