A Joshua Tree man was arrested Thursday afternoon when he was found with burglary tools. According to a Sheriff’s report, a witness reported two suspicious men walking southbound on Sunset Road near Alta Loma Drive about 4 p.m. The report states the caller said there have been a lot of mail thefts in the area. After an investigation, Paul Nagy, 22, of the 62400 block of 29 Palms Highway, was arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools, petty theft, and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked at the Morongo Basin Jail, cited and released about 11:20 p.m. Thursday.
