In honor of Black History Month, the Apostolic Lighthouse Assembly church will host a lecture and dinner Sunday, February 22, featuring Dr. Joseph Bailey. Bailey, an orthopedic surgeon, is an expert on Black history who has written 32 books and writes for the Black Voice in San Bernardino. The lecture begins at 1 p.m. with a free dinner immediately following the program. The public is invited to attend. Apostolic Lighthouse Assembly is located at 6450 Stardune Avenue in Twentynine Palms.
