At tonight’s 6 p.m. special board meeting of the Bighorn-Desert View Water Agency, directors will review elements of several projects identified in the Mojave Water Agency Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. This is thought to be a last step in order to complete funding. And in another action, the board will consider a series of management recommended stealthy moves; the net result of which should provide greater employee insurance benefits at a lower cost. Those items in addition to public comments and verbal reports. It all takes place at the Agency’s meeting facility on Cherokee Trail under the old water tower in Landers.
