The Basin Wide Foundation invites you to breakfast, Thursday, July 3, at the Helen Gray Center at the Hi-Desert Medical Center in Joshua Tree at 7:00 a.m. Sheriff’s Deputy Jones will give a presentation on the Homeless Outreach and Proactive Enforcement (HOPE) program. HOPE was implemented by Law Enforcement for Homeless outreach and through their efforts produced a proactive enforcement program to better address issues related to the homeless population in San Bernardino County. Please RSVP and let them know if you are bringing a guest at 760-365-7219. The cost is $9 per person.
