ART SOUGHT FOR JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK ART EXPOSITION

Entries are now being accepted for the third annual Joshua Tree National Park Art Exposition, to be held in November at the Oasis of Mara in Twentynine Palms. A panel of jurors will select about 50 artists for inclusion in the show. Entry is open to all artists 18 years and over; the artwork must be original and created within the last five years. Cash prizes will be awarded. The deadline for submitting entries is September 1. The entry fee is $35, and artists may submit up to three images. The art show will hang at the 29 Palms Art Gallery November 6 through November 29, with a gala opening, reception, and opening events November 13 through November 15.
